Chocolate Fondant / Suitable Can be used in silicone floral molds and used to roll and shape larger floral pieces. The chocolate fondant is best used for floral work on small treats that will be eaten as it will remain soft and easily chewable. Chocolate fondant is sensitive to heat so ensure that your finished piece will be showcased in moderate temperatures and not in direct sunlight.
Modeling Chocolate / Best Results Rolls over very thin and is workable over long periods of time making it a great medium for beginners to do floral work.
