CAULDRON COOKIES
STEP 1:
Knead black Fondant and roll it out between 1/8’-1/4” thick. Cut out a circle and then cut about 1/3 off of the top horizontally. Use some water to adhere the fondant to the cookie.
STEP 2:
Form two small balls of black fondant. Use your pointer finger to slightly flatten each one to turn it into a thick circle. Use a small amount of water to adhere each circle to the bottom of the cauldron, one on each side.
STEP 3:
Form a small ball of black fondant and then roll it into a skinny log the length of the top of the cauldron. Use a small amount of water to adhere the log to the straight edge of the cauldron.
STEP 4:
Knead bright green Fondant and roll it out between 1/8” thick. Cut out a circle and then cut about 1/3 off of the top horizontally. Use some water to adhere the fondant to the cookie above the cauldron.
STEP 5:
For the bubbles, form a bunch of tiny balls of bright green fondant varying in size. Use a small amount of water to attach the bubbles on top of the green layer of fondant and some flowing down the cauldron.

WITCH FACE
STEP 1:
Knead Purple Fondant and roll it out 1/8” thick. Cut out a circle and use some water to adhere the fondant to the cookie.

STEP 2:
For the witches head, form a ball out of bright green Fondant and use your pointer finger to press down on the ball to form it into a circle. Use a small amount of water to adhere the bright green circle to the bottom of the cookie.

STEP 3:
For the brim of the witch hat, Form a small ball of orange fondant and roll it into a skinny log. Use your pointer finger to slightly flatten the log. Attach the flattened log on top potion of the witches head.

STEP 4:
For the hat, form a ball of orange fondant. Create a long cone shape by tapering one end. Use your pointer finger to flatten the cone shape into a triangle. Slightly bend the tip of the hat. Using a small amount of water, attach the hat to the cookie above the brim.

STEP 5:
For the black ribbon on the hat, form a tiny ball of black fondant and form it into a skinny log. Attach it to the crease where the hat and the brim meet.

STEP 6:
For the strands of hair, form 6 tiny balls of black fondant and roll them into very skinny logs. Attach three logs to each other by pinching the ends together. Attach the two bunches of hair on each side of the witches head underneath of the brim of the hat.

STEP 7:
For the eyes, roll two small balls of white Fondant. Place the two white balls on the witch where you want the eyes to be. Lightly press down on each ball to form a circle – this will also adhere it to the witches face. Form two smaller balls of black Fondant and attach them to middle of the white circles and lightly press down to adhere them and form two circles. Lastly, attach a tiny white spec of fondant to the upper right corner of each black circle.

STEP 8:
For the nose, form a small ball of bright green fondant. Form a cone shape by tapering one end. Attach the nose in the middle of the face in between the eyes and then add a wart by attaching a small spec of bright green fondant on the side of the nose.

STEP 9:
For the mouth, form a very tiny ball of black fondant and form a very skinny log and form it into a “U” shape and attach it to the witches face.

Witch Face Cookie Complete:

WITCH HAT
STEP 1:
Knead Orange Fondant and roll it out 1/8” thick. Cut out a circle and use some water to adhere the fondant to the cookie.

STEP 2:
For the hat, Form a ball of black fondant. Create a long cone shape by tapering one end. Use your pointer finger to flatten the cone shape into a triangle. Slightly bend the tip of the hat. Then for the brim of the hat, form a smaller ball of black fondant and roll it into a skinny log. Use your pointer finger to slightly flatten the log. Use a small amount of water to attach the hat and the brim to the cookie.

STEP 3:
For the purple ribbon on the hat, form a tiny ball of purple fondant and roll it into a skinny log. Attach it to the crease where the hat and the brim meet.

STEP 4:
For the bow, form a small ball of purple fondant. Use your pointer finger to press down on the ball to create a circle. Using a knife, cut straight edges around the circle to create a square. Cut the square in half diagonally to form two triangles. Turn the triangles so the top points are touching and the straight edges are on the outside. Form a very tiny oval shape out of purple fondant and attach it where the two triangles meet. Attach the bow to center of the ribbon on the witch hat.

Witch Hat Complete:
For the polka dots, form very tiny balls/specs of bright green fondant and attach them to the hat in a random pattern.
