STEP 1:
Put bright green buttercream into a piping bag and cut the tip. Pipe a ring of buttercream around the edge of the cupcake.
STEP 2a:
Roll a ball of black fondant.
STEP 2b:
Then form the ball into a log that is long enough to wrap around the edge of the cupcake.
STEP 3:
Wrap the log around the sides of the green buttercream ring.
STEP 4:
Pipe small dollops of bright green buttercream on top of the cupcake with some going over the edge of the black fondant ring to create a bubbling effect.
STEP 5:
Cut a small amount off the edge of the green glitter glaze bag and drizzle on top of the buttercream.
STEP 6:
Add green pearl sprinkles on top to add texture.
STEP 7a:
Roll a small ball of black fondant.
STEP 7b:
Then form it into a skinny log and stick it into the top of the cupcake.
