  • One 10" square cake cut into two 30mm high layers
  • 10" square cake plate, cut into a unicorn shape
  • 16" square cake board, covered in Americolor Sky Blue fondant with tylose added to harden, left overnight - 750g (1lb 10oz)
  • 500g (1lb 1oz) Chocolate ganache
  • 200g (7oz) tan modelling chocolate - Americolor Chocolate Brown
  • 650g (1lb 7oz) White fondant
  • 150g (5.3oz) fondant in the following colors - Purple, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Green, Black
  • Turntable
  • Sugar glue/water
  • Small paintbrush
  • Spatula
  • Bread knife
  • Steak knife
  • Cornflour
  • Small & large rolling pin
  • Craft knife/pizza cutter
