ROCKET
STEP 1:
Roll out silver shimmer Fondant 1/8” thick and cut out a circle.
Use the large and small end of the ball tool and press in holes for the craters on the moon.
STEP 2:
To create the rocket, roll out red Fondant 1/8” thick and cut out a vertical rectangle. Use a knife to cut each side at an angle to create a pointy top. Use your finger to smooth and round out the edges.
STEP 3:
Roll out a small amount of blue Fondant 1/8” thick. Cut out a triangle and adhere it onto the pointy end of the rocket using a small amount of water.
STEP 4:
Form two tiny balls of blue Fondant. Use your finger to taper one end of each ball to create a tear drop shape. Attach one on each side of the bottom edge of the rocket.
STEP 5:
To create the flames, form a small amount of yellow Fondant into a ball and small amount of orange Fondant into a ball. Mix the two colors together just until a marble pattern forms. Form tiny balls of marble Fondant and then use your finger to taper out one end to create the shape of a flame. Adhere the flames to the bottom of the rocket using a small amount of water.
STEP 6:
Form a small ball of white Fondant and a ball of blue Fondant that is slightly bigger. Use your finger to press down each ball to form a circle. The Blue circle should be a little bigger than the white one. Attach the white circle onto the blue circle and then adhere it to the center of the rocket.

ASTRONAUT
STEP 1:
Form 3 balls equal in size out of blue, black and silver shimmer Fondant. Form each ball into a log and twist them together and then fold and twist again. Continue this process until a galaxy marble forms, then roll the fondant out 1/8” thick and cut out a circle.
STEP 2:
Roll out silver shimmer Fondant 1/8” thick and cut out a circle. Place the top half of the circle onto the bottom half of the galaxy circle. Use the circle cutter to cut the excess silver shimmer Fondant off. Use the large and small end of the ball tool and press in holes for the craters on the moon.
STEP 3:
To form the body of the astronaut, roll out a small amount of white Fondant 1/8” thick and cut out a vertical rectangle. Cut a small amount off of the top two corners and then use your finger to smooth and round out the edges.
STEP 4:
To form the legs of the astronaut, use a knife to cut a small vertical rectangle shape with a rounded edge in the middle of the bottom half of the rectangle, then attach this to the galaxy fondant circle.
STEP 5:
For the astronauts helmet, form a small ball of white Fondant and then use your finger to flatten it into a circle. Adhere this to the galaxy Fondant circle so it’s touching the body of the astronaut.
STEP 6:
Use the larger side of the ball tool to indent the spots where the arms will be attached.
STEP 7:
Create 2 arms by forming two small balls of white Fondant and rolling them into small logs. Adhere the arms to the astronaut. Use the knife to score lines on the bottom half of the arms and legs.
STEP 8:
Roll out blue Fondant 1/8” thick and cut out a square. Adhere the square to the middle of the astronaut and add 3 small red Fondant dots on the left side of the square.
STEP 9:
To create the helmet shield, form a small ball of blue Fondant. Flatten out the ball into an oval shape and attach this to this to the astronauts helmet. Add a skinny strand of white fondant for the glare on the helmet shield.
STEP 10:
Form 4 small balls of red Fondant equal in size and attach them to the end of the arms and legs.

GALAXY
STEP 1:
Mix together 2 parts black Fondant, 1 part silver shimmer Fondant, and ½ part blue Fondant to create a shimmering midnight shade. Roll it out 1/8” thick and cut out a circle.
STEP 2:
Roll silver shimmer, blue, orange, and yellow Fondant each into a small ball. Flatten each ball to form a circle. Attach these to the midnight fondant circle in a random pattern.
STEP 3:
Use the small end of the ball tool and press in holes on the silver shimmer circle for the craters on the moon.
STEP 4:
Form very small balls of white Fondant and flatten them onto the midnight fondant circle in a random pattern.
STEP 5:
Form red and yellow Fondant each into a small ball. Roll each ball into a skinny log.
STEP 6:
Attach the yellow log as the ring for the orange planet and the red log as the ring for the blue planet.
