Step 1
Soften some blue, pink, black, and bright white modeling chocolate (knead until smooth).
Step 2
Make a ball (approximately 1 ½" in diameter) for the body of the elephant.
Shape into a flat cone.
Step 3
Make four balls (approximately ¼" in diameter) for the legs of the elephant.
Shape into a flat cone, then shape into the leg and foot.
Step 4
Attach bottom legs to the body and smooth seams with plastic tool. Attach upper-legs to the body and smooth seams with plastic tool. Add the head to the body.
Step 5
Make one ball (approximately ¼" in diameter) for the trunk of the elephant. Shape into a flat cone, then curve and add nose holes.
Step 6
Make one ball (approximately 1 ½" in diameter) for the head of the elephant. Using the ball tool, make holes for eyes. Make eyes out of gum paste to fit into the holes, and add nose.
Step 7
Make two blue-colored balls (approximately ¼" in diameter) and two pink-colored balls (approximately ¼" in diameter) for the ears of the elephant. Flatten all the balls, place a blue and a pink together, and shape the ear. Add to head and blend seams using the smoothing tool.
Step 8
Add details using black and bright white molding chocolate for the eyes and toes.
