Step 1: knead, roll, and cut fondant circle same size as cake
Step 2: adhere circle to top of cake with water using smoother to get to edge
Step 3: measure height and diameter of cake
Step 4: roll out and cut panel to fit leaving a little extra room
Step 5: flip cake upside down onto larger acrylic or board and moisten cake with water
Step 6: roll panel onto a small roller
Step 7: making sure to line up the bottom of panel to top of cake, roll onto cake fully
Step 8: cut any excess on bottom of cake and at the seam
Step 9: flip cake back right side up
Step 10: secure seams with water and brush
Step 11: smooth out fondant and seams with smoother
Step 12: steam cake to remove excess cornstarch
