Step 1: Roll out blue fondant 1/8” thick.
Step 2: Cut out a small square and circle. Make sure the circle has a smaller width than the square.
Step 3: Place the square on top of the circle.
Step 4: For the tassel: Roll out a skinny log of white fondant.
Step 5: Fold the skinny log in half.
Step 6: Place the tassel on top of the cap and form a tiny ball of blue fondant for the button on top of the tassel.
Step 7: Cut out a medium white circle for the disk under the cap.
Step 1: Roll out White fondant about ¼” thick, and cut out a small rectangle.
Step 2: Begin to roll up the rectangle so it looks like a diploma.
Step 3: Roll out a skinny blue log.
Step 4: Wrap the skinny blue log around the center of the diploma.
Step 5: Cut out a medium white circle for the disk under the cap. Use a black edible marker to write the year of the graduation.
