Make a small cut on the edge of the black glitter glaze bag.
Starting in the center of the cake, make a small ring of glitter glaze.
Continue to make rings of glitter glaze until you reach the edge of the cake.
Use a sharp fondant tool or toothpick and start in the center and drag a line to the outer edge.
Continue dragging lines around the cake until a spiderweb forms.
To create drips going down the cake, squeeze the glaze off the edge of the top of the cake.
