STEMS & GRASS:
Knead 1 part green fondant.
Form 3 balls of green fondant - the size of a pea.
Form the balls into skinny logs - which form the daffodil flower stems
Attach the stems to the light blue discs. For the grass, form a few short skinny logs in varying sizes.
Attach the grass to the discs - some at the bottom of the stems and some on each side.
Knead 3 parts white fondant and 1 part yellow fondant.
Combine white and yellow fondant to create a light yellow shade.
Roll out the light yellow fondant 1/8" thick, cut out three 3/4" daisies and three 1/2" daisies.
Place the daisies on top of the foam pad and press the small ball tool into the center of the flower. This will cause the petals to pop out.
Place a small dot of water in the center of each 3/4" daisy and then place the 1/2" daisy on top of each one. You can do this using the ball tool with light pressure.
Knead 1 part orange fondant and form 3 small dots that are about the same size as the center of the 1/2" daisy. Use the very small end of the ball tool and press a hole into each orange dot.
Brush a small amount of water in the center of each daffodil and attach an orange dot to each one.
Brush a small amount of water on top of the tip of each stem and attach the daffodils.
Lavender Flower Grass

Roll out the light purple fondant and the classic purple fondant 1/8" thick. Cut out about fifteen 1/2" daisies from each color.
Cut each daisy in half.
Brush a small amount of water at the tip of the lavender stem and place the half daisy down with the petals upright.
Brush a small amount of water at the base of each flower and attach another flower at the base of the previous one.
Repeat (Step 6) until the lavender stems are full.
Knead 1 part red fondant.
Roll out the red fondant 1/8" thick and cut out 2 flowers using a 1 inch "plum" or "blossom" cutter.
