STEP ONE: Roll out the fondant cookie covering at 1/4" thick, cut out a circle approximately the size of your cookies
STEP TWO: Roll small balls for the petals and flower center, gently push them flat with your thumb. Using a slight bit of water, adhere the pieces together
STEP THREE: Using a knife, gently score a line in each petal, then pinch the edges to create a pointed edge
STEP FOUR: Assemble your cookies! Place the disc down first and the arrange the flowers on top. Use a slight bit of water to adhere all the pieces together
