Beata Tomasiewicz
Name: Beata Tomasiewicz - Poland
Education: I am archeologist according to my education, and a mainly self-taught sugar crafter who learned through reading books and watching tutorials in the internet.
Business name: Petite Pivoine
Facebook: pracownia.slodkie.chwile
Describe the cake, details and techniques: Here we can find elements of bas-relief that I created from varied silicone molds. The colored stripes I rolled thin and mounted to the cake which was all ready covered with fondant. The flowers at the top are clematis - which I made with leaf cutters.
What is the inspiration for this winning cake?
The main inspiration was a color palette and floral elements (white clematis flowers) from the wedding.
What do you do while you work? I only listen to music :)
How much time to you spend creating this cake? The whole time preparation was about 2 days, since the flower, leaves and petals needed to dry out.
Congratulations Beata!
