Salted Caramel Buttercream
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Buttercream Icing Mix
- 6 oz melted salted caramel chips
- 4 oz butter (½ salted, ½ unsalted)
Instructions:
1. Mix icing mix & salted caramel chips together on low speed, then increase to medium speed to fully incorporate.
2. Add butter, mix on low speed until combined.
3. Beat on medium speed until all the butter is incorporated fully (appx. 1-2 minutes)
4. Scrape sides of bowl & paddle as necessary.
5. Continue to mix on low/medium speed if desired until buttercream is very smooth (appx. 1-2 minutes).
*For best results, do not beat on high or air bubbles may form.
Chocolate Buttercream
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Buttercream Icing Mix
- 1.5 oz cocoa powder
- 4 oz butter (½ salted, ½ unsalted)
- 2 Tbsp & ½ tsp heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Mix icing mix & cocoa powder together on low speed until powder is not loose, then increase to medium speed to fully incorporate.
2. Add butter, mix on low speed until combined.
3. Beat on medium speed until all the butter is incorporated fully (apx. 1-2 minutes)
4. Scrape sides of bowl & paddle as necessary.
5. Switch to low/medium speed and slowly add cream.
6. Continue to mix on low/medium speed if desired until buttercream is very smooth (apx. 1-2 minutes).

Peanut Butter Buttercream
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Buttercream Icing Mix
- 5 oz peanut butter
- 4 oz butter (½ salted, ½ unsalted)
- 1 tsp heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Mix icing mix & peanut butter together on low speed, then increase to medium speed to fully incorporate.
2. Add butter, mix on low speed until combined.
3. Beat on medium speed until all the butter is incorporated fully (apx. 1-2 minutes)
4. Scrape sides of bowl & paddle as necessary.
5. Switch to low/medium speed and slowly add cream.
6. Continue to mix on low/medium speed if desired until buttercream is very smooth (apx. 1-2 minutes).

Mint Chocolate Chip Buttercream
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Buttercream Icing Mix
- 2 oz butter (½ salted, ½ unsalted)
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- optional: 1 drop green gel coloring
Instructions:
1. Mix icing mix & butter together on low speed, then increase to medium speed to fully incorporate.
2. Scrape sides of bowl & paddle as necessary.
3. Switch to low/medium speed and add peppermint extract & green gel coloring to preference.
4. Add water to texture and continue mixing on low/medium speed until smooth & fully incorporated (apx. 1-2 minutes).
5. Add chocolate chips & mix briefly to incorporate.

Irish Cream Buttercream
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Buttercream Icing Mix
- 4 oz butter (½ salted, ½ unsalted)
- 3 1/2 tsp Irish Cream Liqueur
Instructions:
1. Mix icing mix & butter together on low speed, until combined, then increase to medium speed to fully incorporate. (apx. 1-2 minutes)
2. Scrape sides of bowl & paddle as necessary.
3. Switch to low/medium speed and add Baileys.
4. Continue to mix on low/medium speed if desired until buttercream is very smooth (apx. 1-2 minutes).
