After a trip to London, Paola Azzolina marked her destiny when she discovered the world of sugararts, and brought all that she learned back with her to Italy. Determined to succeed in the field, she continued to study the techniques and all the regulations and food safety. Soon after that, she defined her personal style and her creations appear in the most prestigious Italian and worldwide magazines.
In 2013, Paola wrote her first book “Le tue Torte d’Autore” published by De Agostini as well as leading three successful editions of the television program “Torte d’Autore.”
Paola designs and creates all her cakes at her studio, “Torte d’Autore.” At any time walking through the studio you will smell enticing aromas of pistachio and mandarin, almond and coffee, cinnamon and chocolate.
