It was then that she decided to continue her studies at the Wilton School in Chicago, as well as with Nicholas Lodge in Atlanta, Alan Dunn in London, and her personal friend Betty Van Norstrand in New York.
Throughout the years, Madison has won numerous competitions in the United States as well as abroad. She continues to compete every chance she can, as she believes it’s a great way to make the cakes she dreams up at night and to show off new techniques. She has been featured in New York Wedding Magazine, Sophisticated Weddings: New York Edition, Brides Magazine, The Huffington Post, as well as Brooklyn newspapers and countless blogs.
