I am a Mexican sugar artist & cake designer, wife and mom. Owner of Danny´s Cake Factory, established in 2005. In 2011 I decided to specialize in modeling fondant figures. At the time, I was already teaching for locals, since 2009, I then decided to develop, improve and innovate my modeling techniques. And I it worked!!
Since then, my new style and abilities gave me the opportunities of being invited to participate in international collaborations, teach all over the world, as well as give presentations in international cake shows and local TV shows.
Carrying out my work as an instructor in the arts of creative sugar has enabled me to provide job opportunities and job development to a large number of people. I am also proud of being named as one of the first Mexican sugar artists to appear on international stages.
Twice, I have been Awarded for career excellence.
I have won and judged cake contests.
In March 2017, I was named Operations Manager in Mexico for Global Sugar Artists Network (GSARN).
I am Ambassador and official distributor in México for CERART - the Italian tools brand for cake design.
I am also a Satin Ice instructor.
In 2016, I organized the first collaboration of Mexican sugar artists, focused on projecting the talent of Mexican sugar artists to the world.
My work has been published by prestigious international magazines, including: Cake Masters (England), American Cake Decorating (United States), Cake Fiesta Magazine (Philippines) and Pasteles de Ensueño (Spain) - As well as in national magazines like Decochef.
